Hand-poured artisanal essential oil soy wax candle. Made in small batches with care. 100% natural soy with no dyes, preservatives, or additives. 

- Why soy wax? 
All our candles are formulated using premium soy wax which are biodegradable, eco-friendly, and less likely to trigger allergies. Soy wax has lower melting point which means it burns cooler and will last longer. It is also smokeless as compared to paraffin wax. 

- Why essential oil?
Essential oil is made of 100% natural ingredients. Rose essential oil is extracted from pressed rose petals, and it takes 2kg of petals to make 1ml of rose essential oil! This makes rose essential oil one of the most precious in the world. Benefits of rose essential oil includes anti-depressant, hormonal balance, prevents infection, relaxation, and better sleep. 

- Why cross wooden wick?
Wooden candle wicks are known for their unique crackle sound when burning. Cross-shaped gives a more complete burn adjacent to the round shape of the candle jar, and is also more stable in place.

- Sizing: 300g. Burns up to 65 hours
Recommended for large spaces (800-1000 sqf.)

- Candle care:

1. Allow the candle to burn until the surface is completely liquid to avoid tunneling.
2. When starting your candle, the fresh wooden wicks may need a few more seconds under a flame to get it going.
3. Do not burn for longer than four hours at a time.
4. Never use water to extinguish the flame! Put out your candle by blowing it out or using a candle snuffer.
5. Allow the candle to solidify before re-lighting.
6. Trim the wick between use, keeping it no longer than 5 or 6mm.
7. Do not leave candle unattended or within reach of children or pets. 

As our candles are hand-poured fresh in small batches and we do not use any preservatives, they have a shelf life of typically 6-12 months. Keep the candles away from direct sunlight and store at room/cool temperature to prolong the shelf-life.
